English Tutor

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated English Tutor to support our diverse student body. In this role, you will deliver high-quality, targeted language instruction that empowers international and local students to achieve academic success and build confident communication skills.

• Deliver personalized one-on-one and small group English tutoring sessions.
• Assess individual student language proficiency levels and learning needs.Develop tailored lesson plans aligned with the school curriculum.
• Support students in improving reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills.
• Provide constructive feedback on essays, assignments, and exam preparation.
• Track and document student progress over time.
• Collaborate with classroom teachers to align tutoring with core coursework.
• Create a welcoming, inclusive, and encouraging learning environment.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field.Certification: TEFL, TESOL, or CELTA certification is highly desirable.
• Experience: Proven experience tutoring or teaching English, preferably within an international school setting.
• Skills: Exceptional communication skills and a deep understanding of English grammar, literature, and essay structuring.
• Cultural Competence: Strong empathy and patience for working with students from diverse linguistic and cultural backgrounds.
• Compliance: Valid Working with Children Check (WWCC) or equivalent local background clearance.
